If you are anything like me your Honda Rincon is more then just a utility quad.  At a first glance anyone can see the great efforts Honda took to design an Atv that works hard, rides smooth and is a appealing to the eye.  But, if you take yet a closer look underneath the front and rear racks you can see how Sporty the Rincon is with a very stylish and aggressive plastic design.  Seeing the Rincon without the racks for the first time was like releasing a caged animal into the wild.  I knew this was the look I wanted to keep, but I didnt want to sacrifice my utility racks with any major permanent modifications.  I needed to be able to choose between sport and utility.  With the Front Sport Kit, we offer the ability to go from utility to sport and back to utility again in less then 15 minutes.  The Rear Sport Kit will take slightly longer with about an hour in change over.

Front Sport Kit

The Front Sport Kit was designed to compliment the aggressive fender and air scoop design of the current plastic as well as stay true to a rugged and tough feel.  The Front Sport Kit is comprised of the Sport Grill and Rack Replacement Brackets.  The Rack Replacement Brackets go hidden behind the Sport Grill but tie the lights and front plastic back to the frame as a direct replacement to the rack.

     The Sport Grills and Rear Face Plates are made from 18 gauge cold rolled steel.  While the steel was slightly heavier then aluminum we felt the importance of pieces that could take the typical bumps and bruises that aluminum may not as the front and rear center pieces.  The construction for the Front is strong with welded sides and air scoop.  The construction for the Rear is a solid one piece design.  We ground the welds to uniform corners and sand blasted both pieces for ideal surfaces.  For the best appearance and staying true to a theme of quality, toughness, and style we applied a powder coat for a perfect finish.  You can choose between Silver, Semi-Gloss Black, and Reflective Chrome (Reflective Chrome is also coated with High Gloss Clear).  The brackets and supports are once again steel construction for added strength and durability.
